Step 1: Locate your Promotion Code

Step 2: Click here- https://make.sendheirloom.com/code/gma to access the online redemption portal

Step 3: Click “Start A New Order”

Step 4: Select your cover … or design your own (+ $20)

Step 5: Add your media by dragging your photos and videos, or request an empty book you can load yourself from home

Step 6: Enter your shipping address

Step 7: Add a message and a gift box (both optional)

Step 8: Review your order and checkout. You’re done!

Step 9: Check your email for shipping updates

Congrats! If you purchased a Petsies voucher, ordering your own hand-made stuffed animal of your pet is super simple!

1. Start on the https://www.mypetsies.com/ website and select the Petsies Stuffed Animal Product
2. Once on the product page, select “Customize Now”
3. Once you are on our creation page, you will fill out the following information
   1. Select your type of pet - dog, cat or other (i.e. bunnies, horses, etc.)
   2. Upload your pet’s photo - we recommend at least 3 to show the various sides of your pet, so our team doesn’t miss any details
   3. Enter your pet’s name and breed (if applicable)
   4. Select your specific customizations - size, posture (standing, sitting, laying), tail type, fur type, mouth shape, ear shape, eye color, and describe any special features you want to make sure our team doesn’t miss.
4. Once your customizations are selected, hit “Submit” and go through the checkout process. You’ll apply your voucher code where it says “Add A Discount Code”.
5. Once you place your order, you'll receive at least 5 emails throughout our production process to keep you informed of the progress of your Petsies plush.

The voucher includes free shipping in the United States.
