How to Use
- For your safety and peace of mind, it’s recommended to hire a licensed electrician or contractor to assemble and install this sauna. They will ensure proper electrical connections and compliance with local building codes
- This product is shipped inside a large wooden crate and delivered via freight appointment
- To use:
- Beginners: Start with 10–15 minutes per session to get accustomed to the heat and humidity
- Intermediate users: As your tolerance builds, you can increase session length to 15–20 minutes
- Experienced users: 20–30 minutes is usually the maximum recommended time, as extended exposure to high heat and humidity can lead to dehydration and overheating
- Can be used 2–5 times per week
Care Instructions
- To care for your traditional outdoor barrel sauna, place it on a stable, well-drained surface
- Apply a UV-protective oil or sealant to the exterior annually, and clean it with mild soap to maintain its look
- Inside, leave the door open after each use for ventilation, and wipe down benches and walls with a damp cloth
- Use towels on benches to reduce sweat absorption and make cleaning easier
- Sand the interior wood as needed to keep it smooth but avoid chemical cleaners or sealants
