How to Use

• Upon arrival, remove the board from its box and place it in the refrigerator. Do not remove the seal until you are ready to serve
• At least one hour before serving, remove your board from the refrigerator
• Cheeses are best enjoyed at room temperature
• Pour your nuts from their biodegradable bags in the same spot where you found them
• For optimum enjoyment, please eat within 7 days

Care Instructions

• Once removed from its original seal, completely cover your board (or each individual tray) with parchment paper and wrap in plastic wrap to save for later
• Keep board and contents in the refrigerator for up to 10 days
• Jam can last for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator
• Ice packs can be refrozen and reused
• Acacia wood board: Do not submerge the board under water, run under a faucet, or put in the dishwasher. Use a damp cloth to wipe
