How to Use
- For indoor use only
- Very easy to use—once setup has been completed, power on the unit with the main power switch located on the back. You will then be able to adjust the time and temperature using the internal touchpad
- Beginners: Start with 10–15 minutes per session to allow your body to adjust
- Intermediate users: Increase to 20–30 minutes as you become more comfortable
- Experienced users: Can gradually work up to 30–45 minutes, depending on your body’s tolerance and hydration level
- Can be used 2–5 times per week

- To care for your wooden infrared sauna, keep it clean by wiping down the benches, walls, and floor regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the wood
- Periodically inspect the heating elements for any dust or buildup and gently vacuum them as needed
